We are looking for a full time creative account manager 🎉

Success On Socials is a social first agency producing thumb stopping content across all platforms. We are one of the fastest growing TikTok agencies in the UK, having achieved over 1.5 Billion organic views and have had over £5 million put behind our ads. We have created content for global companies such as Omaze, Virgin, Club L London, MSC, Dr Nyla and Manchester Private Hospital. We are known for regularly working on campaigns with some of the UK's biggest creators, Bella Lindsay, Stella Tzortzi, Emile Heskey, Nicole Muraa, Olivia Hawkins, Summer Fox, Heather Bowling, David Templer and many more.

From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language with a deep understanding of the online audience and working with a diverse set of brands.

We create at the speed of social: strategising, ideating, designing and producing viral videos for our diverse set of clients.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving projects forward with energy and focus. If you’re someone who can communicate confidently, has a passion for meticulous attention to detail and still keeps an eye on the bigger strategic picture, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
