Visual Architects is a creative event and interior design company that specialises in bringing ideas and concepts to life.

Formed in 2013 and based in Manchester, the company has grown rapidly to become one of the most respected event and interior transformation services in the UK and internationally. And we have further plans for growth!

Within the UK headquarters is housed an award-winning design team together with complete production and logistical facilities which enable us to create turnkey solutions for events and interior venue fit-outs and refurbishments.

Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic account manager with a creative flair to join our team! This role isn’t just about making sales; it’s about crafting unforgettable experiences.

As our account manager, you’ll be more than just a sales rep; you’ll be a visionary, capable of conceptualising and bringing to life captivating environments. Your ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into compelling proposals will be crucial.

While knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop would be advantageous, it’s not a strict requirement. What we value most is your imaginative mindset and your knack for turning abstract concepts into tangible, awe-inspiring realities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to exceed client expectations
  • Coordinate event logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution for multiple events

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Enthusiasm for event planning and management
  • Prospecting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Professionalism
  • An understanding of social media and marketing
  • Background or experience in design or set design
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop (advantageous)
  • 3 - 5 years of sales/negotiation experience (desirable)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
