Opportunity

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Creative Administrator to support the delivery of ATT’s immersive theatre-based training programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our casting, performance, and script coordination processes. You will help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from casting logistics and rehearsal scheduling to maintaining and distributing accurate script materials across projects.

The Role

As the Creative Administrator, you’ll play a key role supporting casting, performance coordination, and script management across ATT UK's creative projects. You’ll have responsibility for maintaining clear, consistent communication and briefing with freelance actors and facilitators, underpinning quality assurance, client satisfaction, and the integrity of our relationship with this key cohort.

Key Responsibilities

Casting & Performance Administration

  • Manage ATT's casting inbox, ensuring prompt, professional responses to speculative submissions.
  • Maintain the internal casting database, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Support the preparation of casting documentation.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate and book rehearsals, briefings, and other project activities using scheduling software.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of rehearsal schedules, coordinating across teams.
  • Track quality assurance schedules across all of our events.

Onboarding, Compliance & Documentation

  • Track freelancer onboarding and training milestones.
  • Maintain quality assurance records: performance feedback, delivery reports.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately updated, filed, and compliant with company policies and GDPR requirements.

Script Coordination & Content Management

  • Support the maintenance and updating of script content across all programmes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the distribution of updated scripts to freelance creatives, company managers, and cast; respond to queries as required.
  • Collaborate with ATT technical teams across all script-related materials, eg presentations and supporting assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
