Huxley is seeking a Creative Agent to join their global team.

The candidate should be based in London and should have a minimum of three years working in a similar role.

Skills & Requirements -

  • Identify and procure brand opportunities for a roster of high calibre creative talent (photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, creative directors)
  • Strong ability to negotiate and implement to brief
  • Identify, recruit, and sign creatives who align with agency's vision
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including advertising agencies, fashion brands, publications, and individuals seeking creative services.
  • Develop personalised career strategies and plans for each represented artist to maximize their visibility and success.
  • Confidence working to qualitative and quantitative quarterly and yearly targets
  • Oversee all details related to artist contracts, including fee negotiations, budget management, and payment tracking
  • Monitor and report on revenue and expenses associated with represented artists
  • Being aware of commercial news, cutting-edge opportunities, and industry news
  • Reporting to clients
  • Traveling globally on behalf of Huxley
  • Contribute to the management of junior team members
  • Building IP projects for clients
  • Creating relationships / opportunities
