Huxley is seeking a Creative Agent to join their global team.
The candidate should be based in London and should have a minimum of three years working in a similar role.
Skills & Requirements -
- Identify and procure brand opportunities for a roster of high calibre creative talent (photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, creative directors)
- Strong ability to negotiate and implement to brief
- Identify, recruit, and sign creatives who align with agency's vision
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including advertising agencies, fashion brands, publications, and individuals seeking creative services.
- Develop personalised career strategies and plans for each represented artist to maximize their visibility and success.
- Confidence working to qualitative and quantitative quarterly and yearly targets
- Oversee all details related to artist contracts, including fee negotiations, budget management, and payment tracking
- Monitor and report on revenue and expenses associated with represented artists
- Being aware of commercial news, cutting-edge opportunities, and industry news
- Reporting to clients
- Traveling globally on behalf of Huxley
- Contribute to the management of junior team members
- Building IP projects for clients
- Creating relationships / opportunities
