As our Creative AI Retoucher & Visualiser, you’ll push pixels and possibilities in equal measure, blending generative AI with traditional craft to create assets that aren’t just polished—they’re unforgettable. Whether it’s for advertising, digital, social, e-commerce, or beyond, your work will set the standard, not just meet it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and enhance imagery using generative AI, image-editing software, and professional retouching techniques.
  • Develop visual concepts, mood boards, style frames, and campaign mock-ups from creative briefs.
  • Retouch photography and AI-generated images, including colour correction, compositing, masking, skin and product refinement, lighting adjustments, and background replacement.
  • Resolve common AI-image issues such as visual artefacts, incorrect anatomy, inconsistent textures, distorted objects, and unrealistic lighting.
  • Write and refine prompts to generate imagery that meets specific creative, brand, and production requirements.
  • Combine multiple photographic, CGI, stock, and AI-generated elements into seamless compositions.
  • Produce realistic product, lifestyle, environmental, and conceptual visualisations before final production.
  • Maintain consistency across campaign assets, formats, and channels.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, social media, e-commerce, presentations, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with creative directors, designers, photographers, copywriters, marketers, and production teams.
  • Manage feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay informed about developments in generative AI, image creation, retouching, and visual-production workflows.
  • Follow copyright, licensing, brand-safety, confidentiality, and responsible-AI guidelines.
  • Organise source files, prompts, versions, and final assets using clear file-management processes.

What You Should Have:

If you tick all of the boxes below, we could be a perfect match!

  • Demonstrable experience in creative retouching, visualisation, digital art, photography, design, CGI, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including compositing, masking, colour grading, and non-destructive editing.
  • Practical experience with generative AI image tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, perspective, composition, colour, texture, anatomy, and photographic realism.
  • Ability to develop effective prompts and iteratively improve generated results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle visual inconsistencies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality retouching, image manipulation, visualisation, and AI-assisted creative work.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually engaging outcomes.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable receiving creative feedback and working through several rounds of refinement.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with 3D or CGI tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of AI workflows including inpainting, outpainting, image-to-image generation, ControlNet, model training, or custom workflows.
  • Experience creating content for consumer and corporate brands.
  • Understanding of print production, colour management, file formats, and digital-delivery specifications.
  • Basic motion-design or video-editing experience.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and collaborative review platforms.
