Creative & Content Lead
Location
London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Salary
Up to £100,000 DOE
Are you an experienced creative leader who enjoys building high-quality content, guiding talented creative teams and ensuring every campaign meets an exceptional standard? We're looking for a Creative & Content Lead to oversee the delivery of creative campaigns across multiple channels, combining strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction. This is an opportunity to shape creative output while leading an established content operation that delivers high-quality work at pace.
The Role
You'll lead a multidisciplinary creative team responsible for delivering engaging content across digital, social, email and marketing campaigns. Alongside setting the creative direction, you'll ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards across a busy campaign schedule. This role balances creative leadership with operational excellence-ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, improving creative processes and bringing standout campaigns to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of creative specialists across design, photography, video and content.
- Set the creative direction for campaigns while maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring quality remains high across a large volume of work.
- Work closely with marketing and project stakeholders to plan and prioritise campaign delivery.
- Develop creative concepts and storytelling that strengthen brand engagement.
- Provide creative direction for photography, video production and digital design.
- Build and maintain creative guidelines, templates and brand standards.
- Help improve workflows and production processes to support efficient content delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continually improve creative effectiveness.
- Manage creative budgets and resource planning across multiple concurrent projects.
- Step into design tools or CMS platforms when required to support delivery during busy periods.

About You
You'll likely have experience in a creative leadership position within a digital brand, creative agency, publisher, technology business or consumer-facing organisation. You'll also bring:
- Proven experience leading creative or content teams.
- A strong background in art direction and creative campaign development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience overseeing high-volume content production.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, email and web.
- Confidence reviewing and approving creative work across multiple formats.
- Experience using Figma and familiarity with content management systems.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
- A commercial mindset, balancing creativity with business objectives.
- Experience managing budgets, improving creative processes and developing high-performing teams.
