Creative And Tastings Supervisor

Creative & Tastings Supervisor

£40,000 per annum | Full Time | 45 Hours

At Rocket Food, our tastings are at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a Creative & Tastings Supervisor to join our busy, fast-paced creative department.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional tastings, beautifully presented canapé trays and food stalls, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently work independently, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team. Attention to detail, presentation and taking ownership are all hugely important in this role. No two days are ever the same, so being calm under pressure and adaptable is essential.

The role does require some flexibility during busy event periods, including occasional evening work to support tastings and event set ups. Overtime is paid for weekend work, with time off in lieu offered during quieter periods, alongside a great Christmas break each year.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing all client tastings to the highest standard
  • Organising prep, packing and presentation for tastings and events
  • Supporting the creation and presentation of canapé trays and food stalls
  • Managing the Déc warehouse and ensuring everything is organised and event-ready
  • Working closely with creative, warehouse and events teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Taking responsibility for tastings from start to finish
  • Supporting onsite event set ups when required
  • Helping maintain the creativity, quality and presentation standards Rocket is known for

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
