Location: Hybrid in Manchester Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)

##About the Role We are looking for a detail-focused Creative Artworker to produce accurate, high-quality artwork across print and digital channels. You will take creative concepts and prepare them for final production, ensuring every asset is brand-compliant, technically correct and ready for release.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative judgement with technical precision, working closely with design, marketing and production teams to deliver polished assets on time and to specification.


##Key Responsibilities

  • Create, amend and finalise artwork for print, digital, packaging, advertising and marketing materials.
  • Adapt existing designs into multiple formats, sizes and channel specifications.
  • Prepare print-ready PDFs and production-ready digital assets.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Check artwork carefully for spelling, alignment, image quality, formatting, colour and technical accuracy.
  • Manage colour profiles, image resolution, file setup and version control.
  • Work closely with designers, marketing teams, account managers, stakeholders, printers and external suppliers.
  • Interpret creative briefs and feedback, making amendments efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Support campaign delivery by managing multiple artwork tasks to agreed deadlines.

##About You You will be highly organised, meticulous and confident working in a busy creative or production environment. You will have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable taking artwork from brief through to final delivery.

###Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an artwork, design studio, marketing or production environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Experience using Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, image retouching and colour management.
  • Good knowledge of print production processes and digital artwork requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence in checking proofs before release.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret feedback clearly.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work calmly under pressure.
