Creative Artworker

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join a fast-paced creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality artwork across both print and digital platforms while working collaboratively with designers, project managers, and production teams.

You'll play a key role in ensuring artwork is produced accurately, on time, and in line with brand guidelines, supporting a variety of exciting client projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, accurate artwork for both print and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare artwork files to the highest technical standards, ensuring they are production-ready.
  • Follow brand guidelines and internal processes to deliver consistent, error-free work.
  • Carry out thorough self-checks before submitting work for quality control.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Quality Control, and wider creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Manage artwork files, ensuring correct version control, file naming, and organisation.
  • Support the creation of physical mock-ups and product visuals where required.
  • Provide technical guidance on print and digital file formats to colleagues and clients.
  • Offer creative solutions where artwork briefs require refinement or fall outside brand guidelines.
  • Maintain image and asset libraries to ensure efficient access to creative resources.
  • Record project time accurately using internal systems.
  • Remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
