Creative Artworker
About the Role
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join a fast-paced creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality artwork across both print and digital platforms while working collaboratively with designers, project managers, and production teams.
You'll play a key role in ensuring artwork is produced accurately, on time, and in line with brand guidelines, supporting a variety of exciting client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, accurate artwork for both print and digital campaigns.
- Prepare artwork files to the highest technical standards, ensuring they are production-ready.
- Follow brand guidelines and internal processes to deliver consistent, error-free work.
- Carry out thorough self-checks before submitting work for quality control.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Quality Control, and wider creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Manage artwork files, ensuring correct version control, file naming, and organisation.
- Support the creation of physical mock-ups and product visuals where required.
- Provide technical guidance on print and digital file formats to colleagues and clients.
- Offer creative solutions where artwork briefs require refinement or fall outside brand guidelines.
- Maintain image and asset libraries to ensure efficient access to creative resources.
- Record project time accurately using internal systems.
- Remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple deadlines.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Artworker or Creative Artworker role.
- Excellent knowledge of print production and digital artwork creation.
- Strong understanding of colour profiles, including CMYK and RGB workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free artwork.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across multiple teams.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify solutions and improve processes.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for producing high-quality creative work.
