Role: Creative Artworker - 2.5 days a week (12 month FTC)

Location: London, United Kingdom

About the role:

As Creative Artworker, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, on-brand artwork across print and digital channels, from brand campaigns, always-on content, and event and marketing collateral to social media assets, email, and long-form communications. Working closely with the Senior Integrated Designer and Account Director, you'll interpret briefs with confidence, produce finished artwork to the highest technical standard, and adapt assets efficiently across formats, markets, and language variants.

Operating within a regulated financial services environment, you'll bring precision and care to compliance-sensitive materials, applying required disclaimers, substantiation standards, and sign-off checkpoints correctly as part of standard practice.

You'll bring both technical discipline and creative awareness to every project, comfortable working independently on production tasks while contributing ideas and improvements where they add value.

What you will be doing:

Artwork Production

  • Produce accurate, on-brand finished artwork across print and digital formats, brand campaigns, always-on content, event collateral, email, and long-form communications, interpreting briefs confidently and delivering to tight timelines
  • Manage the full artwork lifecycle: brief interpretation, amends, quality checking, final delivery, and file archiving within shared asset systems
  • Prepare and check files for print and digital production, applying correct specifications, pre-press standards, and platform requirements throughout
  • Adapt and resize assets across formats, sizes, and language variants across seven markets, maintaining visual consistency within brand guardrails
  • Apply compliance requirements, disclaimers, substantiation standards, and sign-off checkpoints, as standard practice in a regulated financial services environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
