Creative Assistant

Thrivin Gymwear is a fast-growing women’s activewear brand built around a simple belief: when you look good, you feel powerful. Founded in 2023, Thrivin creates sculpting, confidence-enhancing activewear designed to support women through every workout and every part of daily life. With a rapidly growing global community and a performance-driven marketing engine, creative content sits at the heart of our growth strategy.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Creative and Performance Marketing teams.

The Role

The Creative Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining the organisation, quality, and accessibility of Thrivin's creative assets across our marketing ecosystem. This role supports the operational side of the creative function, helping ensure that content is properly organised, reviewed, tagged, and easily accessible for teams across Performance Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Ecommerce.

You will work closely with designers, video editors, content creators, marketers, and creative managers to maintain efficient systems and processes that support the production and distribution of high-performing creative assets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working behind the scenes, and has an interest in marketing, content, and ecommerce.

What You'll Own

Creative Asset Organisation

  • Organise and maintain creative assets across internal storage systems and content libraries
  • Ensure all content follows internal naming conventions and folder structures
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across creative files and asset databases
  • Support the organisation of content from campaigns, photoshoots, creator partnerships, and new product launches

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
