Reports to: Creative Director

We’re looking for a storyteller and a Trouble Maker!

That means, we’re looking for a keenly curious and driven person in need of a creative opportunity.

We’re open to experience levels, because Trouble Makers come in all experience levels and from lots of backgrounds.

We want someone who can make the most of our new & fast-growing fun beauty brand Trouble Maker and help us bring it to life every day! If you have the right mindset and creative eye, we want to hear from you.

Rebels ALWAYS welcome.

A BIT ABOUT US:

At Rebel Rebel HQ, we love taking innovation and disruption to the next level. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact in the beauty and skincare space while enjoying a supportive work environment that values creativity and innovation. We are operating brands, supporting founders and building our own brands so there will be lots of opportunities to make a difference.

What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copy Writing: Writing in the brand tone of voice across all platforms. We need someone who can speak fluent gen-zalpha and understand how this translates from a brand POV.
  • Story Telling: Creative writing is a huge part of the role, so we want to see how you’d apply personality in your story telling & creative ideas.
  • Creative & Marketing support: You’ll be involved in brand direction working with the Creative Director of Trouble Maker and assist in bringing marketing to life with creative launch plans.
  • Brand Support: Managing deadlines with the Social, Product, Digital, and Marketing team’s requirements to get emails, content plans, and product copy out on time, every time.
  • Organisation Delivery: Assisting on creative photography briefs to elevate story telling visually and manage the photography schedule with product samples & props.
  • Trend Researcher: Monitoring trends & social moments to report back to the creative team. From beauty, to fashion, to the wonderfully whimsical worldly stuff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll thrive here if...

  • You’ve got a great imagination.

If this sounds like you, tell us!
