Creative Automation Designer

CREATIVE TECH DESIGNER – ECOMMERCE FOCUS

We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing agency that has recently launched a specialist creative studio function and is investing heavily in the future of AI-enabled content production, creative automation and performance marketing.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team at the beginning of a major growth journey, helping shape how brands create, adapt and scale creative assets across paid media channels. You'll sit at the intersection of design, automation, motion, ad-tech and AI, building the systems and workflows that power high-performing creative at scale.

What they need Someone who has moved beyond traditional design and enjoys building systems, templates and workflows that allow creative output to scale efficiently across multiple channels, audiences and markets Someone with hands-on experience within performance marketing, paid social, dynamic creative or digital production environments where volume, speed and optimisation are critical A creative technologist who is genuinely excited by automation, AI tools and emerging creative platforms, and actively experiments with new ways of producing content Someone comfortable working with product feeds, dynamic assets and template-driven creative production rather than purely conceptual or brand-led design work A designer or production specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges, streamlining workflows and finding smarter ways to produce creative output

What you're great at Building and managing creative templates using platforms such as Smartly, Celtra, Bannerflow, Storyteq or similar creative automation technologies Bringing your prior Ecommerce design capability to multiple brands/projects to builds systems that generate thousands of ad variations Using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and motion design tools to create scalable, performance-focused digital advertising assets Working with ecommerce product feeds, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), feed-driven creative and automated content generation workflows Understanding how creative, data and paid media work together to improve efficiency, testing and campaign performance Adapting quickly within a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple projects whilst maintaining quality, accuracy and attention to detail
