What You'll Be Doing
As our Creative Bid Manager, you'll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, leading opportunities from initial qualification through to final submission and post-bid review.
You'll work closely with sales teams, subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, and board-level colleagues to create winning responses that showcase the best of APS Group.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple tenders and proposals from start to finish.
- Creating high-quality, winning bid content and presentations.
- Bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and visual impact to every submission.
- Turning technical and operational information into compelling client-focused proposals.
- Ensuring bid collateral is professionally designed, brand compliant, and highly engaging.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to gather information and develop strong bid strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement within bid processes, systems, and technology.
- Supporting the exploration and adoption of AI tools that improve bid quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in individuals who don't see bids as simply completing documents.
We want someone who can:
- Craft persuasive narratives that connect with clients.
- Bring creativity and flair to tender submissions and presentations.
- Create visually engaging proposals using strong PowerPoint and document design skills.
- Challenge the status quo and introduce innovative approaches that help APS stand apart from competitors.
- Balance creativity with commercial awareness and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level of the business.
Skills & experience:
- Proven experience managing and writing successful bids and tenders.
- Experience producing complex, solution-based proposals.
- Strong PowerPoint design skills and ideally knowledge of InDesign.
- Excellent Microsoft Word skills, including templates and styles.
- The ability to take information from multiple sources and develop polished, brand-compliant submissions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An interest in AI and how emerging technologies can improve bid processes and outputs.
