About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, visually driven and hands-on Creative Brand & Media Designer to join us in London and lead the development of engaging visual content across the MASB Group. This role will focus heavily on videography, photography, visual storytelling, branding and creative design, helping shape how the business presents itself internally and externally through compelling multimedia content and strong brand identity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the visual identity of the group, producing high-quality creative assets across digital, social, marketing and internal communication channels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about creative production, visual identity, content creation, brand aesthetics, modern media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop creative content across MASB Group and its subsidiary companies.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality multimedia, photography, videography and design content across the MASB Group
  • Support and evolve the visual identity, branding and creative direction of the group and its individual brands
  • Plan, capture and edit engaging photography and video content for campaigns, recruitment, social media, internal communications and brand storytelling
  • Design creative marketing and communication materials across digital, print and social platforms
  • Create visually engaging content aligned to current trends while maintaining brand consistency across all assets and communications
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to turn business objectives into compelling creative output and fresh content ideas

Skills and Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in creative design, branding, videography, photography or multimedia content production
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across branding, photography, videography and visual design
  • Strong working knowledge of creative design, video editing and content production tools
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, composition and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating engaging digital and social media content, including shooting and editing photography and video
  • Organised and able to manage multiple creative projects across different business areas
