Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in a Business Director, Client Partner, or Strategy Director level or above, within:
- A creative agency environment
- A technical platform setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with major brands, brand marketing, and creative strategy.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including:
- Formats and strategies across the business funnel
- Emphasis on creative execution and impact
- Expertise in:
- YouTube, video, TV, Display
- Engaged pitching and objection handling
- Creative differentiation strategies
- Ability to:
- Solve problems
- Promote a culture of creative excellence and results
- Proficiency in leveraging:
- AI
- Google products
- Creative innovation to achieve business goals and accelerate business streams

As a Creative Business Lead within Creative Works UKI’s Accelerators team, you will:
- Drive business growth for Google platforms through creative marketing solutions/services.
- Partner with Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to unlock the potential of Google’s products and AI, helping clients address critical brand and business challenges.
- Utilise Google’s extensive portfolio to craft integrated, high-impact creative solutions that enhance customer engagement, accelerate business outcomes, and foster AI adoption.
Google’s LCS teams engage directly with the world’s leading brands and agencies. Your mission:
- Act as a strategic partner and industry thought leader to these organisations.
- Challenge conventional thinking, driving outsized growth through Google’s full suite of advertising solutions (including Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more).
- Collaborate with executives, shape the future of AI-era advertising, and deliver measurable results for global enterprises.
