Creative Business Lead – Creative Works UKI

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience working at a Business Director, Client Partner, or Strategy Director level (or above) within:
    • A creative agency environment, or
    • A technical platform

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with major brands, brand marketing, and creative strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • The digital marketing landscape (including formats and strategies across the business funnel)
    • Creative execution and impact, with a strong emphasis on differentiation
  • Expertise in:
    • YouTube, video, TV, and Display media
    • Engaged pitching and objection handling
  • Problem-solving mindset with a culture of creative excellence and results-built outcomes
  • Ability to leverage AI, Google products, and creative innovation to accelerate business growth
  • Purpose-driven driven to foster winning mentality and collaboration

Key Objectives

  • Drive creative business solutions for Google’s prominent enterprise clients, ensuring growth through tailored, impactful marketing strategies
  • Partner with large customer teams to unlock transformative potential of Google’s AI-powered platforms, solving complex brand and business challenges
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape innovative approaches that accelerate client outcomes, measure performance, and optimize advertising across Search, YouTube, and Measurement

The Opportunity

As a member of the Accelerators team within Creative Works UKI, you will:

  • Work across marketing, sales, strategy, and agile innovation to develop high-impact campaigns for large clients and partners
  • Engage in strategic relationship-building, turning brand objectives into measurable success while influencing the future of advertising through cross-team initiatives
  • Bring the combination of creative leadership with commercial agility—leveraging Google’s full suite of solutions to facilitate smarter investments for Google and its clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end creative engagements with strategic accounts, utilizing Google’s technology to accelerate client investment and business outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (analytics, measurement, sponsorships, and media planning) to develop integrated, multi-product solutions tailored to client needs
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven pitches to stakeholders, proving Google as the partner that directly advances their marketing vision
  • Partner with executive leadership to:
    • Develop and implement sector-specific business plans
    • Foster strategic alignment and operational excellence
  • Empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams through training and content creation, ensuring they promote Google’s creative solutions confidently
