Creative Storyteller

A creative storyteller who can turn legal insights into engaging content that builds our brand and connects with the legal sector.

This role combines excellent copywriting with an enthusiasm for multimedia storytelling and content creation. You'll create compelling content across articles, social media, podcasts, video, and digital platforms, experimenting with new formats and AI-enabled content creation, to bring Chambers' insight and expertise to life.

Working closely with Marketing and Research teams, you'll develop audience-focused content that supports our brand and thought leadership.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create original thought leadership and multimedia content, transforming Chambers' research and insights into engaging stories across articles, social media, podcasts, video, and other digital channels.
  • Support the production and publication of multimedia content, including podcasts, video interviews, social-first content, working with internal stakeholders and external creative partners where required.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and colleagues across the business to develop engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Work with designers, videographers, editors, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Ensure content reflects Chambers' editorial standards, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Review content performance, metrics, and audience engagement to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with emerging content formats, digital trends, AI tools, and platform best practice, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a content, marketing, communications, or editorial role.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience creating engaging social media content and digital copy across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of best practice and audience engagement.
  • Experience or a strong interest in multimedia storytelling, including podcasts, video, and other digital content formats.
  • Experience using social media management platforms or content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across different teams and key stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting podcasts, video production, or multimedia content projects.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content optimization, and digital analytics.
  • Experience working in a B2B, professional services, publishing, or research-led organization.
