We at The Ayurveda Experience are looking for a dynamic Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and a knack for logical problem-solving. As a Senior Creative Strategist in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker, and a proactive problem solver. You should have a willingness to broaden your expertise, go the extra mile, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving content across various marketing channels in specific European geographies, directly contributing to sales conversions on our online store, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and social media campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze content performance, crunch numbers, and optimize assets for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research across European markets to understand customer preferences, needs, behaviours, and emerging trends.
  • Translate research findings and performance data into actionable insights, marketing strategies, and campaign recommendations.
  • Develop and execute content and creative strategies across digital and offline channels, including landing pages, product promotions, articles, email campaigns, packaging inserts, and marketplace content.
  • Manage content distribution across websites, social media platforms, marketplaces, and other marketing channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, creators, and cross-functional teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
  • Own the paid creative strategy and testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Create data-driven creative briefs by analyzing key performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and creative fatigue signals.
  • Develop platform-native creative concepts, including UGC, expert-led content, problem-solution storytelling, before-and-after narratives, ingredient education, and offer-driven campaigns tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing framework, ensuring disciplined execution of hypothesis generation, testing, analysis, and iteration.
  • Brief and direct creators, editors, designers, freelancers, agencies, and UGC partners, ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Review and optimize creative assets based on performance insights, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Proofread, edit, and refine content to maintain accuracy, quality, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices across brands, platforms, and channels (training provided).
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with copyright laws, data protection regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, advertising, content strategy, or a similar role, ideally within D2C or e-commerce.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated creative flair with the ability to develop compelling, performance-focused campaign concepts.
  • A strong understanding of consumer psychology and what drives engagement, clicks, and purchases.
  • A naturally curious, research-oriented mindset with the ability to uncover insights from data, trends, customer feedback, and market observations.
  • Sharp analytical skills with confidence interpreting campaign metrics and translating them into creative improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while taking ownership of projects from ideation through execution.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, UGC ecosystems, and digital marketing best practices is highly preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying ahead of industry and consumer trends.
