Corporate Design Lead

Are you a highly creative corporate designer with a passion for leading people and delivering exceptional brand experiences? We're looking for a Creative Design Lead to join an in-house marketing team and lead a talented team of designers, creating impactful visual communications that support business development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives.
This new permanent position is working for a leading law firm in London on a full-time basis offering hybrid working of 3 days in the City of London office, and 2 days from home. The annual salary is starting at £80,000 plus an exceptionally generous annual bonus and benefits package is included. This is a rare and exciting position which would suit an experienced Graphic Designer looking to take a step up, or a skilled Design Lead who is looking for a fresh new opportunity which offers scope, growth, development, and an incredible culture and working environment.

This is a hands-on design role, which includes leadership, combining team management with creative execution. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across both digital and print channels.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of designers.
- Manage creative workflow, resources, and external creative partners.
- Design and deliver a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, social media, presentations, events, websites, advertising, and print materials.
- Champion and evolve the firm's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Partner with marketing, business development, and events teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Oversee production and vendor relationships to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery.

What we're looking for:
- 7–9 years' professional design experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, or a corporate environment.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated print and digital design.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, print, and digital production.
- Excellent project management, organisation, and communication skills.
- Motion graphics or After Effects experience is a bonus.
