Creative Design Lead
Are you a creative leader with a passion for building exceptional brands? We're partnering with a fast-growing, global technology company that's transforming the way people learn through innovative digital experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of a modern brand identity while managing a talented creative team and working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Growth teams. If you're equally comfortable setting creative direction and rolling up your sleeves to deliver outstanding design, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, fully remote permanent role.
The Opportunity
As Creative Design Lead, you'll own and evolve the company's visual identity across every customer touchpoint. From product launches and marketing campaigns to sales materials and digital content, you'll ensure every interaction reflects a consistent, engaging and high-quality brand experience.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to bring ideas to life while driving creative excellence and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development and evolution of the company's brand identity and design system across Product and Marketing.
- Oversee creative operations, including workflow management, project prioritisation and resource planning.
- Develop and maintain templates for paid media, social content, email campaigns, landing pages and sales collateral.
- Shape the creative direction for brand campaigns, product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing leaders to align design with customer journeys, business objectives and product releases.
- Manage and mentor a small in-house creative team, fostering growth and maintaining high creative standards.
- Manage relationships with external creative and video agencies, including briefing, feedback and delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Identify and implement tools and processes that improve creative output and efficiency.

What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrable experience developing and managing scalable brand systems and design libraries.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality digital design across a variety of channels.
- Strong project management skills with experience balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Previous experience managing designers and external agencies or freelancers.
- Experience working collaboratively with both Product and Marketing teams.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to design execution.
- Experience with Rive animation is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is desirable.
