Creative Designer
Location: Central London (Marble Arch area) – Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (True work-life balance—no mandatory overtime required)
Salary: £48,000 – £58,000 + performance bonus

They are looking for an exceptional Creative Designer to join an agile, highly collaborative 4-person in-house design function. What You’ll Be Doing
- Core Presentation Architecture: Masterfully build and format high-stakes PowerPoint presentations, ensuring:
- Pixel-perfect alignment
- Clean typographic hierarchy
- Flawless execution
- Digital & CRM Asset Creation: Take ownership of:
- Corporate B2B email marketing layouts using specialist financial CRM platforms
- Engaging graphics for LinkedIn
- Web & Emerging Tech Management:
- Oversee and update basic company web pages via Squarespace
- Integrate AI efficiencies into daily design tasks
- Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:
- Actively manage external production vendors
- Tackle unique tactical side projects with high autonomy
- Confidently guide senior corporate partners on visual best practices
