They operate across the UK and internationally, delivering strong ranges for consumers. Design and digital creativity sit at the heart of the business, with ongoing investment in brand growth, new product development, and digital engagement across global markets.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused design role, with a strong emphasis on digital content. You’ll create end-to-end creative work across physical product design and digital channels, driving brand growth through ecommerce, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll convert briefs into trend-aware, commercially driven creative that performs effectively across both retail and online environments.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Packaging Design
- Develop trend-led packaging concepts across multiple product categories.
- Turn briefs into commercially effective designs suitable for retail environments.
- Collaborate with international suppliers to support product development.
Digital Content Creation
- Create digital assets for ecommerce, social media, email campaigns, and web platforms.
- Produce channel-specific content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Support product launches and campaigns with engaging, high-quality visuals.
Campaign & Brand Support
- Partner with marketing on content planning and visual storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Design assets for:
- Online retail
- Paid campaigns
- Internal platforms
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with buying, marketing, sales, and compliance teams.
- Manage workload to meet critical-path deadlines.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial goals.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a design role within a consumer-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital, and campaign work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating digital-first content for ecommerce and social platforms.
- Awareness of design trends and commercially driven creativity.
- Understanding of digital formats and performance-led design.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern digital workflows.
- Highly organised, with an excellent eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
- Interest in photography and/or video content creation.
- Experience as a creative Artworker is beneficial.
