Who is Pizza Hut?

Founded by the Carney brothers more than 60 years ago, Pizza Hut has grown into the World’s largest pizza company, with over 18,000 stores in more than 100 countries. Around 1,500 of these are located across 25 European Markets. Our European headquarters are based at the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) in Borough, London.

Who is Long Range Capital?

Long Range Capital is an investment firm that supports strong businesses with the ambition to make them even better. As Pizza Hut’s future owner, it is committed to investing in the brand, empowering its people and driving sustainable growth rather than pursuing short-term gains. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with bold ambitions, backed by patient capital and an owner focused on unlocking Pizza Hut’s long term potential.

About The Role

We're looking for a talented and ideas-driven Creative Designer to bring the Pizza Hut brand to life across every touchpoint. This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance across Paid digital, social, CRM, Web & App, in-store, and franchisee communications.

You'll own the creative process end to end: from initial brief through concept development, stakeholder sign-off, and final delivery. You'll work closely with brand, digital, media, CRM, operations, and external agency partners to develop creative solutions that are both visually impactful and strategically effective. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines strong creative craft with commercial awareness, project management, and a passion for culture, storytelling, and consumer brands.

Brand & Campaign Creative

  • Develop high-quality creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, POS, packaging, and in-restaurant communications.
  • Translate campaign strategies and briefs into engaging, on-brand visual concepts.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, value promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
