About Holy Moly:

At Holy Moly, we bring Avocado Awesomeness to the UK consumers. We make 100% natural avocado products, at source from Mexico, using perfectly ripe but wonky fruit. As a B-Corp certified brand, we’re passionate about quality, creativity, and connecting with our customers in a fun, bold, and authentic way. We’re looking for a talented Designer to bring our brand to life across all touchpoints, from shelf to social media.

The Role:

We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality creative across a variety of channels. You’ll work closely with both our internal marketing team and external partners to ensure our brand looks bold, consistent, and irresistible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver creative assets across:
    • In-store POS and retail activations
    • Packaging and product design
    • Social media content and campaigns
    • Reports, presentations and marketing collateral
    • Print and digital advertising
  • Collaborate with external ad agencies for major campaigns, providing creative input and ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
  • Lead creative development for smaller or tactical campaigns in-house.
  • Capture photography and video content for social media, including basic shooting and editing to produce polished assets.
  • Maintain and evolve the Holy Moly brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.

About You:

  • Strong graphic design skills across digital and print.
  • Experience with packaging design is highly desirable.
  • Confident in photography and videography with basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or similar).
  • AI literate
  • Highly creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for bold, playful design.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
