Creative Designer
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £30,000–£34,000 | Hybrid Working
A leading UK hospitality and leisure brand is looking for a talented Creative Designer to join its in-house creative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys taking campaigns from concept through to final execution, creating engaging work across both print and digital channels. Working alongside an experienced Creative Lead and wider marketing teams, the successful candidate will help shape compelling guest communications that bring campaigns, seasonal activity, and brand propositions to life.
The Role
The Creative Designer will play a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-led creative across multiple customer touchpoints. From developing campaign concepts to producing polished artwork, this role requires someone who is equally comfortable thinking creatively and executing with precision.
Working across several brand propositions, the successful candidate will quickly become confident applying different visual identities, adapting creative for multiple audiences while ensuring consistency across every channel.
Projects will include campaign creative, paid social assets, email marketing, display advertising, web content, brochures, posters, flyers, and in-venue collateral.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that would suit a highly organised designer with strong attention to detail and a passion for producing exceptional creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Creative Development
- Support the development of campaign concepts and creative ideas across multiple brands and propositions.
- Develop creative from initial concept through to final artwork across a variety of channels.
- Contribute fresh ideas for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer communications.
- Interpret creative briefs and deliver engaging, audience-focused design solutions.
- Create visually compelling work using typography, photography, colour, illustration, and layout.

Brand & Design Delivery
- Produce creative that consistently reflects established brand guidelines.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all customer-facing communications remain visually consistent.
- Confidently adapt creative across multiple brands and audience segments.
- Deliver polished, high-quality design across both print and digital formats.
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles to every project.

Print & Digital Artwork
- Design and produce assets for social media, CRM, email, display advertising, websites, brochures, posters, flyers, digital screens, and printed materials.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork to professional production standards.
- Create digital assets to platform specifications, ensuring correct sizing, formats, and optimisation.
- Roll out campaign creative across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Proof and quality-check work before submission.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative Lead, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Take on feedback positively and implement amendments accurately.
- Communicate clearly when briefs require clarification or potential issues arise.
- Contribute to improving creative processes, templates, and ways of working.
- Manage multiple projects effectively while adapting to changing priorities.
About You
The ideal candidate is a confident Creative Designer who enjoys balancing creative thinking with meticulous execution. They will be equally comfortable developing campaign concepts and producing technically accurate artwork across print and digital channels.
They will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working within an in-house creative, marketing, or agency environment.
- A strong understanding of applying and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience creating campaign assets across both print and digital channels.
- Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual communication skills.
- Experience producing print-ready artwork and digital assets to specification.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence interpreting creative briefs and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
- The ability to move seamlessly between conceptual design and finished artwork.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Working across multiple brands or audience segments.
- Designing for paid social, CRM/email, and digital display.
- Creating templates or improving creative production processes.
- Basic motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Hospitality, travel, leisure, or lifestyle brands.
- Digital asset management or creative workflow systems.

- Salary of £30,000–£34,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working: Three days per week at the client's office in Hemel Hempstead.
- One day per week at the agency's Surrey office. One day working from home.
