Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation—bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. Transcending the "Super App" model, Zymix fuses hyper-social interaction with a seamless service layer, empowering global youth to integrate a wide range of services beyond social networking, discover AI-curated experiences, and unlock essential services in one fluid motion. We are redefining the platform economy by prioritising authenticity, community, and friction-free living.
About the role
We're hiring a Creative Designer (Graphic / Visual) to own our brand materials and out-of-home (OOH) advertising design. You'll turn briefs into bold, culturally-tuned visual work that connects with UK Gen Z—designing everything from brand collateral to large-format OOH campaigns—while keeping our brand consistent, distinctive and instantly recognisable across every touchpoint.
You're a conceptual thinker and a meticulous maker: equally happy generating big campaign ideas and sweating the kerning on a final billboard artwork.
What you'll do
- Design brand materials end-to-end: collateral, decks, social and digital assets, print, packaging and event/environmental graphics.
- Concept and produce out-of-home (OOH) advertising—billboards, transit, digital screens and other large-format placements—with impact at scale.
- Create visual campaigns and content tailored to UK Gen Z tastes, platforms and cultural moments.
- Develop and steward brand assets—layouts, typography, colour, iconography and templates—for consistency at scale.
- Prepare and deliver print-ready and OOH-ready artwork to spec, liaising with print and media partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and external partners to take work from brief to final delivery.
- Bring fresh references and trend awareness into the team and help push our visual language forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
