About the Role

Nexus Media Group is looking for a talented and ambitious Creative Designer to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who wants to take real ownership of brand strategy and direction, shape how our brands show up across a range of channels, and play a key role in pushing our creative output to the next level.

You'll be the guardian of our brand identity — ensuring everything we produce is consistent, polished, and on-strategy — while also having the creative freedom to challenge convention, experiment with new ideas, and bring fresh energy to our sales and marketing assets. If you're proactive, detail-obsessed, and excited about using AI tools to scale your creative output without sacrificing quality, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning brand strategy and direction across Nexus Media Group's portfolio of brands, acting as brand guardian to ensure consistency across every touchpoint
  • Designing and producing a wide range of sales and marketing assets, including: digital assets and online creative, sales packs and presentation materials, print collateral and digital advertising, social media assets and content, vox pop video edits and video ads, event-specific assets such as backdrops, seating plans, floorplans, signage, and other on-site collateral
  • Creating compelling creative that increases brand awareness and drives demand across multiple events
  • Contributing to and supporting a website redesign project
  • Bringing new ideas, formats, and approaches to keep our creative fresh, distinctive, and ahead of the curve
  • Using AI tools to scale creative output, speed up workflows, and explore new creative possibilities
  • Collaborating closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to understand briefs and deliver assets that hit commercial objectives
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with a sharp eye for detail and quality control at every stage

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
