We have a core belief that our toxic, sedentary lifestyles are making humans — and the planet — sick.
So we're on a mission to change it. Vivobarefoot exists to reconnect people to nature and their natural potential. And we're looking for an exceptional Creative Director to shape how that story is told.
This is a pivotal moment in our evolution. We're growing fast, expanding globally, and moving from a footwear brand into a movement. We need a creative leader who can hold that vision, translate it into world-class work, and build the culture and capability to deliver it.
WHERE YOU'LL PLAY
You'll define and evolve the creative vision for Vivobarefoot across product, campaigns, retail, community and impact storytelling. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Regional and Impact teams to ensure everything we make and say feels coherent, compelling and unmistakably Vivo.

All About You
- 10+ years of creative leadership in premium consumer, performance, lifestyle or luxury brands
- Proven experience leading both product and brand creative disciplines
- Exceptional portfolio vision, storytelling and design in equal measure
- Experience working closely with product creation and design teams
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how creativity drives growth
- Fluent in emerging creative technologies and AI-enabled workflows
- Experience across footwear, apparel, outdoor or lifestyle categories
- Passion for sustainability, regeneration and nature-connected living
