THE ROLE
We’re looking for a culturally-obsessed, social-first Creative Director to lead bold ideas that earn attention, drive conversation, and shape what brands look and feel like online. We want self-starters, makers, tastemakers, and creative visionaries who thrive at the intersection of storytelling, internet culture, entertainment, and innovation.
This role is for someone who deeply understands how modern brands win in social, not just by advertising, but by becoming part of culture. You’ll lead breakthrough creative across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms, influencer partnerships, and more, built to travel online.
The ideal candidate has a sharp creative point of view, strong leadership instincts, and a proven ability to develop social-first campaigns and content that people actually want to watch, share, remix, and talk about. You instinctively know what works on the internet, why it works, and how to evolve brands to stay ahead of culture instead of reacting to it.
You’ll partner closely with strategy, production, accounts, creators, and clients to build campaigns and content that break through feeds and drive real business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead creative vision and execution across social-first brand campaigns, always-on content development, influencer activations, content series, and cultural moments.
- Develop breakthrough ideas designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Push brands beyond traditional advertising into culturally relevant storytelling and internet-native creativity.
- Oversee concept development, copy, art direction, content execution, and creative quality across multiple accounts.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, production, and account teams to bring ideas from pitch through launch.
- Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, art directors, editors, and creators to produce best-in-class social work.
- Create high-performing campaigns and content that balance brand storytelling with platform-native execution.
- Pitch prospective and existing clients on campaign concepts, creative opportunities, and cultural trends.
- Stay relentlessly tapped into internet culture, trends, creators, entertainment, music, sports, fashion, and emerging digital behaviours.
- Identify new formats, technologies, and creative opportunities that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Partner with leadership on agency growth initiatives, new business pitches, and evolving creative capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
