Creative Director – Workplace Design (Design & Build)
Location: London
Salary: Up to £130,000 + commission
I’m partnering with one of the UK’s leading workplace design & build specialists, known for delivering award-winning office environments for blue-chip and high-growth clients. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint a Creative Director to lead the creative vision of their design studio.
The Role
As Creative Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the studio’s workplace design output, from early pitch through to delivery. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team, shape the creative direction of key projects, and work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable workplaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading concept design and creative direction on major workplace fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B).
- Owning the design narrative for pitches, bids, and client presentations.
- Presenting to clients at a senior level and acting as a trusted creative advisor.
- Collaborating with technical, pre-construction, and project delivery teams to ensure concepts are buildable, on budget, and on programme.
- Managing and mentoring a team of designers, helping to develop their skills and careers.
- Driving design standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
- Championing workplace innovation, user experience, and sustainable design.
- Representing the studio in the market through thought leadership, events, and awards submissions.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
