About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced brand leader to consolidate learnings—from creative development to player feedback—into a refined, global Betty.ca master brand. This role will define a clear, scalable brand framework, ensuring consistency across markets, products, and touchpoints while evolving the brand’s relevance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the brand’s identity, tone, storytelling, and visuals across all channels
- Lead end-to-end creative campaigns, from concept to production and launch
- Create creative systems and templates for scalable, on-brand production
- Use data analytics to guide creative direction and measure brand impact
- Collaborate with growth, product, marketing, and local market leaders to align creativity with business goals
- Monitor brand adherence and health, reporting insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with responsible-gambling and regulatory requirements globally
- Lead and grow a high-performing creative team

Key Requirements
- 10+ years in brand & creative strategy, marketing leadership, or brand architecture
- Expertise in synthesising complex inputs into actionable brand frameworks
- Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative brand research (player insights, market trends, positioning validation)
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with operational governance
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
