Creative Director, Brand & Digital

About DevRev

At DevRev, we're building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. It extends your existing software with AI-native apps and agents that work alongside your teams and customers – updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and eliminating repetitive work. We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries.

About The Role

We're looking for a Creative Director who will own the quality bar for everything that leaves DevRev's Creative Studio – brand, campaigns, digital, events, toolkits, presentations. You'll be the craft authority the team calibrates against.

This isn't a role where you'll build strategy decks about creativity. You'll be hands-on with the work – setting the visual standard, art-directing campaigns, shaping brand executions – while building the processes and team capability that ensure consistently excellent output without you reviewing every pixel.

You'll report to our Head of Creative and lead a team of designers across brand, digital, and campaign work. The role is based in London.

What You'll Do

Set the craft bar You'll be the creative quality gate. Your eye, your taste, and your feedback will raise the standard of everything we produce. But raising the bar means raising the team, not redoing their work. You'll coach designers to see what you see: why a layout isn't working, what a typeface choice is communicating, where a composition loses its power. Your success is measured by how much better the team gets, not by how many things you personally touch. Own brand and digital design Lead the design of brand campaigns, web experiences, and digital touchpoints. You'll evolve our brand system into new territories (toolkits, events, presentations, environmental design) while keeping it coherent and distinctive. Build system-level projects Design guidelines, campaign toolkits, presentation systems, office design language – the assets that enable others to produce on-brand work without coming back to the studio for every request. You think in systems, not just executions. Direct and develop the team Art direction that makes designers better, not dependent. Your feedback is specific and teachable. You build craft instinct in others by helping them diagnose their own work: what's the hierarchy doing? Where does the eye go? What's the typeface saying? Partner across marketing Work closely with product marketing, demand gen, and field marketing to translate briefs into distinctive creative work. You're a partner in shaping campaigns, not a service provider waiting for instructions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Web and digital design depth is essential, not a nice-to-have. Craft authority Exceptional design craft. Deep knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
