THE ROLE

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative, visionary Creative Director to lead our Design team as a key part of the overall Growth & Marketing team within the Havas Media Network. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the creative vision for new client pitches, marketing events and materials, and helping to develop the agency's brand reputation and presence in the market. This individual will oversee a talented team of graphic designers, motion designers, editors, and resourcing, and work closely with the growth team and client teams to deliver compelling creative pitch campaigns that drive new business opportunities and enhance the agency’s market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership
    • Develop and articulate a creative vision that aligns with business growth objectives and marketing strategies.
    • Lead the ideation, creative development, and execution of all new business pitches, agency branding exercises, and marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure all creative concepts align with client needs, industry trends, and the agency’s long-term vision.
    • Ideate, manage and produce pitch and marketing videos, taking video scripts and concepts from internal stakeholders and developing into emotive and engaging content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
