The Role
As a Creative Event Producer / Production Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial briefing through to onsite delivery, ensuring every creative vision is delivered to the highest possible standard.
Working collaboratively with creatives, designers, clients and suppliers, you'll oversee all aspects of production including scenic builds, staging, fabrication, technical production, AV, lighting, content integration, graphics, print, entertainment and logistics.
You'll manage timelines, budgets, supplier relationships and onsite teams, confidently balancing creative ambition with practical delivery.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action and thrives within a fast-paced agency environment.
What They're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience within a creative events, experiential or brand experience agency.
- Strong end-to-end production experience across live events and activations.
- Experience delivering creative builds, scenic production and technical event production.
- Excellent project and budget management skills.
- Confident managing suppliers, freelancers, production partners and onsite crews.
- Calm under pressure with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with genuine passion for creating exceptional live experiences.
