The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of new business—designing work that wins. From pitch decks to social-first ideas, motion assets to digital storytelling, this role is all about bringing creativity to life in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
You’ll be surrounded by designers, producers, and creatives who love what they do—and who will help you level up fast.
This is a launchpad role for a designer who wants more than just a job—someone ready to create, collaborate, and break into the media world with impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing visually striking pitch decks (PowerPoint is your playground)
- Co-Creating content for digital, social, film, and live presentations
- Building and maintaining pitch microsites and digital assets
- Collaborating with designers, illustrators, and motion specialists
- Bringing ideas to life through data visualisation, and photography
- Supporting campaign delivery and creative production across teams

What We’re Looking For
- A digital native mindset - You live and breathe content, social, and visual culture. You know what good looks like—and what stops the scroll.
- Creative instinct + craft - You’ve got a strong eye for design, layout, and detail. You’re confident experimenting, iterating, and pushing ideas further.
- A storyteller - You can take complex information and make it simple, engaging, and beautiful—through design, motion, or imagery.
- Curiosity + ambition - You embrace challenges, bring fresh thinking, and stay plugged into art, design, and emerging tech.
- Collaborative energy - You thrive in a team, communicate clearly, and can deliver at pace in deadline-driven environments.
Your Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience (or standout portfolio as a graduate)
- Strong PowerPoint design skills (this is a core part of the role)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Interest in content, social, UX, and digital experiences
- Basic knowledge of motion (After Effects / Premiere is a bonus)
- Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly
