We’re looking for a creative
Who thinks in culture first and formats second. Someone who starts from a human truth. You know how to research, observe, and find the insight that makes an idea land and who gets genuinely excited about what creators are doing before it’s mainstream.
This isn’t a brief-taking role. You’ll be expected to originate, push back, and bring ideas that surprise us. You’ll work alongside creative directors, strategists, and talent teams across different industries, developing campaigns, creator collaborations, and brand storytelling that actually moves people. You call yourself a creative, and you mean it. You’re passionate about creators, about culture, about the craft of ideas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Develop real relationships with creators and shape the narrative direction of collaborations.
- Stay deeply embedded in beauty, fashion, and internet culture, not as a trend-watcher, but as someone who lives in it.
