Taylor Herring is an award-winning creative PR, social media, and influencer agency that delivers solid business outcomes for its consumer brand clients through smart thinking, creativity, and innovation. Overview
Midweight Creative (Earned-First)
We’re hiring a Midweight PR Creative to join a team that believes in the power of ideas to spark conversations and shape culture. This role is all about turning insight into work people genuinely want to engage with—across social, earned, and beyond. You’ll play a key part in developing standout creative thinking while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop original creative ideas from initial insight through to compelling, channel-ready concepts
- Respond to briefs with curiosity and clarity, translating strategy into impactful creative work
- Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Use cultural, social, and platform insights to shape relevant and timely creative responses
- Contribute to campaigns that drive conversation, sharing, and earned media impact
- Support and mentor junior creatives, helping them build confidence and craft
- Continuously refine your own creative approach through feedback, experimentation, and learning
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
- Experience working in an agency environment, with exposure to earned-first or socially-led campaigns
- A confident idea generator with the ability to connect insight to creative output
- Strong understanding of social platforms and how ideas travel within them
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across disciplines and teams
- Clear communicator, able to present and explain ideas effectively
- Interest in developing others while continuing to grow your own creative craft
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership of your work
