Creative Food & Events Manager
Central London | Liverpool Street
£46,000 per annum | performance-related bonus
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
The Opportunity
A leading contract catering provider is seeking a Creative Food & Events Manager to join a flagship corporate site within a prestigious financial institution in Central London.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly creative, food-driven individual who lives and breathes hospitality — someone who understands not just trends, but flavour, presentation, seasonality, and the full dining experience.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a dynamic and ever-evolving food and events programme, delivering everything from immersive world food activations and high-impact themed pop-ups to bespoke client events and external collaborations. This role is all about bringing creativity to life while maintaining exceptional organisation and execution.
The Role
Working closely with the on-site culinary and senior management teams, the Creative Food & Events Manager will lead the planning and delivery of engaging, trend-led food experiences that elevate the workplace environment and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Events & Activations
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a vibrant on-site events calendar
- Deliver creative monthly food showcases, world food themes, and seasonal activations
- Coordinate and manage external street food vendors and pop-up collaborations
Creative Concept Development
- Design engaging food concepts, menus, and experiences that resonate with a corporate audience
- Create visually impactful installations, themed setups, and food styling moments
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and external partners
- Source innovative products and vendors through market research and industry engagement
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are exceeded
Event Delivery & Operations
- Support and lead the execution of both internal and external events
- Ensure seamless delivery, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation
Performance & Commercial Awareness
- Manage event budgets and monitor performance outcomes
- Analyse engagement and continuously improve the offer
- Support cost control, stock awareness, and waste reduction initiatives

Trend Research & Innovation
- Stay ahead of food and hospitality trends through high street research and industry events
- Work alongside chefs to continuously evolve and enhance the food offering
Team Leadership
- Support and develop junior team members, ensuring high standards and smooth delivery
- Promote a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture
About You
- Genuinely passionate about food, with a strong understanding of global cuisines and trends
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into high-quality, engaging experiences
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience within contract catering, corporate hospitality, or events is highly desirable
- Confident working with suppliers, stakeholders, and senior clients
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and performance tracking
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
