Role Description
The Creative Graphic Designer will work full time in a remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conceptualizing and producing visual assets for digital and print channels
- Developing brand-aligned layouts
- Designing marketing materials, logos, and web graphics
The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, communications, and business development teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual stories and campaigns. The designer will maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and prepare files optimized for various platforms and production processes. Regular tasks also include:
- Iterating designs based on feedback
- Staying up to date with design trends and tools
- Contributing creative ideas to enhance SGI’s visual identity and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications

Candidates should possess:
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media
- Proven experience in Branding and Logo Design to create and maintain cohesive visual identities
- Practical Web Design skills to develop user-friendly, visually engaging online experiences
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- A strong portfolio, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams; familiarity with real estate or investment sectors is an advantage
A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
