Graphic Designer
Location: Poole, Dorset, UK
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience)

The Role
As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling visual content that reflects the brand's aesthetic. Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams, you'll produce engaging designs across a wide range of customer-facing channels while ensuring consistency across every aspect of the brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a passion for luxury branding, fashion, and visual storytelling to help shape and evolve the brand across digital, print, and product touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, paid advertising, social media content, and lookbooks.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop innovative concepts that support campaign objectives and engage our audience.
- Lead the design and production of seasonal lookbooks, from initial concept through to final artwork.
- Create digital assets for email campaigns, website updates, and online advertising.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver creative projects on time and to a consistently high standard.
- Design premium packaging and customer experience materials, working alongside suppliers to ensure exceptional print quality, finishes, and presentation.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications while keeping the brand fresh and contemporary.
- Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practice to continually elevate our creative output.

Required Skills & Experience
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design or a related visual communication discipline.
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing campaigns, digital design, and lookbook production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
