Responsibilities

As the Content Lead, you will:

  • Own and lead the overall content strategy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and pitch innovative content formats and storytelling angles for CEO Lawyer and its founding partner, Ali, while ensuring they align with modern digital trends.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact short-form and long-form video content for business and brand growth.
  • Direct and oversee content shoots, ensuring efficiency and premium production quality.
  • Serve as creative director and thought partner for on-camera talent, refining hooks, delivery, and storytelling approaches.
  • Analyze content performance, translating insights into actionable strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts, adapting strategy proactively.
  • Establish content calendars, workflows, and systems for scalable, consistent output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and leadership teams to align content with firm messaging.
  • Mentor and train junior creators or freelancers as the team scales.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–9+ years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, or digital media.
  • Proven ability to scale social media accounts with high engagement and reach.
  • Expertise in short-form video strategy (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and platform algorithms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original, high-performing content beyond trend execution.
  • Advanced editing skills (preferably with AI-assisted tools).
  • Proficiency in performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with a personal brand, executive, or public figure (highly preferred).
  • English fluency (mandatory).
  • Willingness to supply a sample video during the interview process (preferably created to demonstrate fit).

Preferred Skills:

  • Legal, personal branding, or service-based industry experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic or Spanish.
  • Team leadership within a content production context.
