Creative Lead (Video) – 2.5-Month Contract | Hybrid (London)
We’re currently partnering with a leading global organiser of business events, festivals and marketing experiences to recruit an experienced Creative Lead (Video) for an exciting 2.5-month contract based in London, with 3 days per week onsite.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing in-house creative studio, delivering engaging video content across globally recognised brands and large-scale international events.
About the Role
As the Creative Lead (Video), you'll take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery, combining creative strategy with hands-on execution. You'll work across a wide variety of video content, including marketing campaigns, promotional assets, branded content and social media, while helping maintain exceptional creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video projects from concept, storyboarding and planning through production, editing and final delivery.
- Develop compelling visual storytelling across multiple digital and marketing channels.
- Create high-quality branded, promotional and social video content.
- Produce motion graphics and animated typography using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit video and audio to a professional standard.
- Collaborate with producers, designers and stakeholders to deliver impactful creative work.
- Provide creative guidance and support to junior team members where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative quality.

About You
- 5+ years' experience in a senior video creative role (Creative Lead, Senior Video Creative, Creative Producer, Senior Video Producer or similar).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong Adobe After Effects and motion graphics experience.
- Excellent video editing, post-production and audio editing skills.
- Strong storytelling and creative concept development abilities.
- Experience working across multiple projects within fast-paced creative environments.
- Confident working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality commercial video work.

Ideal Background
We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within in-house creative studios or internal creative teams supporting large brands or global organisations. Agency candidates with a strong hands-on approach and commercially focused creative experience are also encouraged to apply.
