Creative Lead – Video
Location: London (hybrid working - 3 days onsite)
Contract: 2.5 Months (Inside IR35, Umbrella)
Role Overview
Our client, a FTSE 100 company based in London, is looking for an experienced and highly creative Video Creative Lead to join their established creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on creative professional who can take ownership of video projects from concept through to final delivery, producing high-quality content within commercial budgets and deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a senior creative video generalist with strong storytelling, editing, motion graphics, typography, and production skills, capable of independently delivering outstanding creative work within commercial constraints.
You will be a creative video generalist, not a specialist in a single discipline. You’ll enjoy getting hands-on, work efficiently with limited resources, and consistently deliver high-quality creative outcomes. You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution and be comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
