Job Description

As a Creative Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation—owning campaign direction end-to-end, shaping breakthrough ideas and bringing them to life through a blend of creative thinking and AI-enabled production.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a modern creative who can think strategically, prototype rapidly and inspire teams to deliver outstanding, multi-channel campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, retail and performance channels
- Translate business objectives, audience insight and market trends into compelling campaign concepts
- Use AI tools to research, prototype and visualise ideas, producing engaging pitch materials and concept mock-ups
- Create multi-format concept explorations including mood films, storyboards, animation tests and video prototypes
- Own campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency, quality and creative excellence
- Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and commercial rationale
- Direct and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear briefs, feedback and creative leadership
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity, compliance requirements and quality standards

Who We Are Looking For
We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will have:
- Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Senior Art Director or similar role delivering integrated campaigns
- Portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work across digital, social, video and advertising
- Ability to turn marketing objectives into innovative, audience-focused creative ideas
- Experience using AI tools for concept development, visualisation and creative prototyping
