Purpose of the Job
Our Global Tech client’s Platform + Devices Marketing Operations Team bring their hardware devices to life, in both physical and online retail environments. They’re a dynamic team whose mission is to positively influence how people discover, explore, and understand their products.
You will become a key member of an always-on Creative Content Production Studio, dedicated to supporting our major Technology client across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for the efficient end-to-end management of a wide variety of projects that require creative production, and / or localization + adaptation. These may be flagship launch projects requiring adaptation at scale for multiple markets, or smaller bespoke, market specific campaigns.
You will bridge the gap between our client’s internal production team, and the Content Production team, ensuring that processes are followed to drive operational excellence within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to brand guidelines, and seamless creative production across multiple EMEA markets. Furthermore, we would expect you to work competently with a project management workflow management system - ensuring deadlines are set and met. You will be a key contact for the client stakeholder and maintain regular project status updates and reporting as required.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management + Workflow
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for all creative content requests, from brief intake and scoping through to delivery and archival
- Manage project timelines using designated project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
- Facilitate and contribute to project kick-off meetings, regular status updates, and post-project reviews
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks (scope creep, bottlenecks) to ensure projects remain on track and within budget
- Implement and continuously refine agile workflow processes to optimize efficiency for high-volume, always-on content production
- Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Management + Collaboration
- Serve as the operational liaison between the client's production team and the Content Engine
- Translate complex client needs and ambiguous briefs into clear, actionable tasks and project plans for the creative team
- Act as the primary point of contact for feedback and revisions, ensuring constructive application by the creative team
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, scope, and delivery expectations
Quality Control
- Implement and enforce quality assurance (QA) processes for all delivered assets, checking against original brief, brand guidelines, and localization requirements
- Maintain a centralized repository of localized assets, market-specific brand guidelines, and translation memories

Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Project management experience in a fast-paced creative agency, in-house content studio, or content production environment, preferably supporting a retail or technology brand
- Proven experience managing complex content localization projects across multiple languages and markets, ideally within EMEA
- Expert-level proficiency with project management tools and a deep understanding of content production workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both creative and business audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Experience working in an "always-on" or continuous content deployment model
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
