Role Overview

We are looking for a creative-led Creative Manager to lead the design and creative studio function within the Brand & Communications function at K3 Advisory Group. You will manage creative output across the K3 portfolio, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and commercial effectiveness across all visual assets. Working closely with brand managers, copywriters, and performance specialists, you will oversee the creative roadmap, manage capacity, and maintain the design system and asset library. This role combines creative leadership with operational management, making it ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility and proven people management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  • Design studio management
  • Brand governance
  • Deadlines & delivery
  • Test & learn plan
  • Creative resource allocation
  • Conversion design performance
  • Team performance & objective setting

Functional Responsibilities

  • You will own the design studio's operating rhythm - keeping folders, briefs and workflows organised so the team can move fast without ever losing quality.
  • You will build and evolve K3's brand asset and component library, creating a scalable design system that keeps every business unit looking and feeling consistently on-brand.
  • You will be the studio's first point of contact for new briefs, shaping requirements with stakeholders up front so work lands right the first time.
  • You will manage brief completion and asset approvals end-to-end, giving stakeholders total confidence that what they sign off is exactly what gets shipped.
  • You will allocate projects and tasks across the studio, balancing capacity and priority to keep every deadline on track.
  • You will set and govern channel-specific design best practice, making sure every asset is built to convert as well as it looks.
  • You will optimise digital placements and customer journeys across devices, crafting experiences that feel seamless wherever they show up.
  • You will keep the studio ahead of the curve - researching design trends, channel best practice and competitor creative to keep K3's output fresh and effective.
  • You will partner with brand managers, marketing heads and business leaders to craft and execute multi-channel campaign creative, developing the themes and identifiers that bring every campaign to life.
  • You will run creative A/B tests across email, organic/paid social and display, using the results to sharpen what the studio produces next.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with performance and channel teams, contributing directly to commercial targets through the creative you deliver.
  • You will champion design and digital modernisation, using AI to produce bespoke, premium pitch decks and bid materials at real pace.
  • You will roll up your sleeves and deliver design work yourself, balancing your own workload alongside leading the team's.
  • You will train and upskill the team in AI-assisted creative creation - prompt engineering, creative personalisation, dynamic creative generation, and the QA and fact-checking that keeps it all trustworthy.
  • You will harness in-house AI agents to generate ICP-segmented creative at speed, working within a controlled, IP-governed framework of prompts.
  • You will drive a systematic framework for ad creative, aligning funnel stage, placement, motivation and demographic targeting into one coherent approach.
  • You will lead, coach and manage your team, setting clear objectives and driving strong performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
