Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
As our Video Content Creator, you’ll bring the Runna brand to life through high-impact video content.
🎥 Responsibilities

Podcast Production:
- Plan, film, edit, and deliver weekly episodes.
- Handle guest coordination and post-production adjustments.

Events & Live Broadcasts:
- Manage technical setup and direct live race broadcasts and significant Runna events.

Content Creation:
- Capture high-energy races/events on-site.
- Collaborate with coaches to film engaging training content.
- Partner with ambassadors at shoot days/events for polished social media output.
- Develop in-app videos with creative ownership over briefs.

- Tell Compelling Stories: Direct, edit, and pace videos to distil complex topics into captivating content.
- Podcast Mastery: Execute end-to-end podcast production—from guest prep, technical setup, to narrative flow—and foster authenticity.
- Technical & Live Skills: Manage recording/live-broadcast tech (audio/video tools, live setups).
- Moment Capturing: Masterment to find seamless angles and craft memorable compositions.
- Project Management: Plan efficient shoots, manage deadlines, and maintain organised systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with coaches, ambassadors, guests, and teammates to enhance creative output.
- Iconic Moment Tracking: Independent identification of standout snippets.
- Flexible Travel: Ready to collocate with our global team on weekends or evenings for events.

What You Bring
We prioritize your passion over years of experience! Must-haves:
- Podcast & Video Experience: Credible portfolio and podcast work (ideally in sports).
- Technical & Editing Skills: Proficient in video/audio software (Adobe Audition, Descript, Premiere Pro).
- Live Broadcast Management: A plus for event coordination expertise.

Base Salary: £48,500 - £51,500
