Creative Marketing Assistant
Location: Remote (one office day per month)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000 per annum, increasing to £28,000 following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
About the Role
Serve Legal is looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing & Communications team.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering our marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C audiences. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll create engaging marketing content, manage our social media channels, produce marketing collateral, support mystery shopper recruitment campaigns and help strengthen Serve Legal's brand.
Working closely with colleagues across our Client Success, Business Development and Marketing & Communications team, you'll contribute to marketing campaigns that support business growth, engage our nationwide auditor network and enhance the experience of our clients.
We're looking for someone with at least one year's professional marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment, who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad marketing experience within a growing business, take ownership of projects and contribute fresh ideas while continuing to develop your skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating high-quality marketing content and visual assets across digital channels using Canva and AI tools.
- Managing Serve Legal's social media presence across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Creating newsletters, blogs and marketing communications.
- Producing marketing collateral to support Business Development and Client Success activities.
- Supporting auditor recruitment campaigns and community engagement.
- Updating website content and ensuring brand consistency.
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to generate new ideas and identify opportunities to improve marketing activity.

About You
Essential
- At least one year's demonstrable, professional marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Experience creating professional marketing content across digital channels.
- Confident using Canva to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing company social media channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.
- Proactive approach with the confidence to contribute new ideas.
- Confidence using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
Desirable
- Experience working within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Experience updating website content or using a CMS (e.g. HubSpot).
- Experience creating newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok or Google Ads.
- Experience using social media scheduling or marketing platforms.
- Previous experience working with or understanding Serve Legal's services.
