(Creative) Marketing Effectiveness Manager

Creative Marketing Effectiveness Manager – Global Consumer Brand

About the Role

A global consumer brand is seeking a Creative Marketing Effectiveness Manager to join its high-performing global marketing team. This role sits within a specialist marketing performance function and plays a key part in shaping how marketing effectiveness is measured, understood, and applied to future campaigns.

Your New Role

In this position, you will evaluate marketing and creative effectiveness by integrating creative testing outputs from platforms such as System1 and Kantar with econometric modelling. You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign development and creative decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse creative testing results alongside econometric modelling outputs, assessing creative strength, weaknesses, and commercial impact
  • Deliver clear, compelling insights and recommendations to creative, marketing, and strategy stakeholders
  • Influence campaign and creative decision-making through data-led storytelling
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across creative, insights, and marketing performance teams
  • Develop and implement consistent creative and campaign effectiveness measurement frameworks
  • Partner with adjacent insight and analytics teams to refine long-term approaches to creative testing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
